Memories Cast only collects data for the purposes of organising your appointment,

processing and designing your order and communicating directly with you in relation to the

appointment or your order. All files used for these purposes are password protected.

Memories Cast do not use your data for Marketing purposes, nor do we sell or disclose your data to any third party.

The personal data provided when booking your appointment, including the names and ages

of Children is not duplicated or retained on a database or in any electronic form.

Memories Cast keep appointment data for one year, it is then destroyed. If you would

like us to remove this data sooner, we will be happy to do so.

Images will not be used on our website without prior consent.  Images are not, under any circumstances, released to third parties.
